Sugar Free Green Tea Whipped Cream Recipe

1 cup heavy cream 
1/3 cup Matcha green tea sugar free Frappe mix
1 teaspoon vanilla 

Whip cream until almost stiff. Add sugar free Matcha mix and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. Spread over top of your favorite sugar free desserts and sweet beverages like our Matcha frappe'

NOTE: Our sugar free green tea powder mix is safe for diabetics, hypogylcemia and prevents tooth decay.

1 cup flour 
1/2 tsp. baking soda 
1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal 
1/2 to 3/4 cup Matcha green tea sugar free Frappe mix
1 tsp. vanilla 
1 cup raisins 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 
1/4 tsp. nutmeg 
2 egg whites, slightly beaten 
1/2 cup skim milk 
1/3 cup oil 
1/2 cup nuts 

Sift dry ingredients all but oats. Add oats. Add rest of ingredients, mix. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

1 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
1 to 1-1/2 cups of non-fat milk or 1/2 cup heavy cream 
3 tablespoons Island Teas Matcha green tea sugar free Frappe mix
1 1/2 cups crushed ice 

Mix all liquid and Matcha mix ingredients together well. Place ice in blender and pour mixture over the ice. Optional: 1 - 2 diced bananas. Blend medium to high until smooth. Makes two servings.

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 
1/4 cup apple juice

3 small red potatoes, unpeeled, cooked, sliced

1 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 
1/2 cup fat-free milk 
1/3 cup Island Teas Matcha green tea sugar free Frappe mix
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 3 medium) 
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute or 4 egg whites, lightly beaten 
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
2 cups all-purpose flour 
2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
