Matcha Green Tea Rice

1/2 cup butter 
1/2 cup, finely minced onion 
2 tsp instant chicken boullion granules 
3 cups cooked rice 
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked 
1 tsp vinegar 
2 eggs, beaten 
1-1/2 cup shredded velveeta cheese 
1 tsp. Matcha green tea powder 

Stir eggs, vinegar and Matcha until mixed well. preheat oven to 350 degrees spray a 1 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. In a large skillet, cook onion and bouillon in butter over medium heat until onion is transparent. Stir in cooked rice, cooked broccoli, vinegar, Matcha and eggs. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serves 6 - 8
